The Job

Syndy is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Country Manager to lead the team of Account Executives for the Benelux. Do you get excited by the idea of leading Syndy commercially, managing a high-performance team and building long-lasting relationships with global brands and large retailers?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team.

  • Increase Syndy presence in the Benelux market

  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability to work with customers; small, medium and large sized enterprises

  • HR tasks (reviews/appraisals, training, recruitment of new staff); lead by example, demonstrate exceptional coaching and leadership skills to develop team members to meet targets and improve their account management skills

  • This role requires an individual with a strong background in Enterprise Sales.

Role Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

  • 4 – 6 years experience in the B2B software sales environment

  • Leadership skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success

  • Experience in hunting for new prospects and customers

  • Early to mid-stage tech startup experience is a plus

  • Great writing and/or editorial skill set in order to assure all public communications are of the highest standard

  • Proven ability to proactively work cross-functionally and prioritize heavy workloads for you and your team

  • Retail and E-Commerce experience are nice to have
